ProjectTimeKeeper is macOS applications, to help you keep track on time spend on your projects.

Features

  • Graphical overview of your time consumption.
  • Create a projects if it's set too ongoing, no invoice can be printed, but you can still see a "preview".
  • Times cards with the time spend, linked to a project.
  • When you select a project, the button, at the top right, will be active and you can enter your invoice, you can see all timesheets are added with notes and number of hours, and the project price is calculated using that price you have put under project.
  • if you click on ProjectTimeKeeper in the menu bar at the top you will enter invoice settings, you have written your account number and your payment deadline in days, as well as the invoice number.

Usage:

Overview:

In the overview you get a nice graphical presentation of your time consumption.

Choose the year from the dropbox.........


Projects:

Create a projects by clicking the +

Select the new project from the tableview and then update, name, price per. hour, discount for the project if any, then set it to "ongoing" and select a customer.

You can always and a customer later, if you dont have any yet.

If the project is set too ongoing, no invoice can be printed, but you can still see a "preview" by clicking the button with the project name.

Time cards:

Times cards can be made in 2 ways

in the top menu bar, there is stopwatch icon, you can start a timer while working and stop it when you are done.

or you can create a manual, by selection data and time spend, then clicking the +

once a time card is created, then you can add it to a project via the dropdown box .........

Customers:

Adding a costumer can be done in 2 ways

in the top menu bar, there is stopwatch icon, you can start a timer while working and stop it when you are done.

Company Info:

when you frist lance the app it creates a profile for you.

update etch field on the right, hit enter to save the updated field.

ad a logo to you profile by clicking the folder with a + and the his save.

all the data you ad will be used for your invoice.


Preference:

Invoice Settings:

Add your account number so you can get your payment.

Select your country for billing currency.

Payment days is the days they have to pay your invoice.

if you printede an invoice by mistake, you can reset the invoice number, but remember your invoice numbers must be continuously, use with causation.

Terms:

Here you can specify the payment terms for your invoice.

Leve the replaceable items as is, for the app to replace it with the data from Invoice Settings, and show your invoice due-date.

Dont forget to click save.

Here you can view your invoice.

Customize:

Customizing your invoice.

Hover over your preview, and click and item when the curser shows a hand, when theres a border around you can customize that item.

Your selection will be saved for all items you customize, so your invoice always looks the same.


Theme:

Selection:

You can switch between light or darkMode from the menu, or select macOS Theme and the app will follow, your selection from system preference.

Use the hotkeys to switch mode quickly.

The last selected mode will be saved as your default theme for the app.


License

ProjectTimeKeeper is available from the app store and is only usable on the mac's using your apple id, and the data is currently not shared tru iCloud.
